Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment? Can I come in on the same day?
Appointments are prioritized, but you can also visit without one on the same day.
It is not a strict time reservation; instead, you apply to register at a certain date and time.
After registration, your order may change depending on insurance verification or consultation details, so please allow extra time when you come. We are prepared to see patients “immediately when they feel unwell,” so please feel reassured.
What should I bring for my first visit?
Please bring your health insurance card (or My Number Card registered as an insurance card). If you wish to receive private medical care, an ID is required.
If you have a medication handbook or a referral letter from another hospital, please bring it and present it at reception.
If you are in the process of switching to a new insurance card and do not have it on hand, you can pay out-of-pocket temporarily and settle later. Please consult with us.

What is the consultation process? Can I fill out the questionnaire in advance?
After arriving, you will first be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire. If you complete the online questionnaire beforehand via our website, reception will proceed more smoothly (available on our reception page). If advance entry is difficult, you can still fill it out on a tablet at the clinic. After completing the questionnaire, the doctor will see you, listen to your symptoms and preferences, and propose necessary tests or treatments. After the consultation, you will receive prescriptions and proceed to payment.
How long does a consultation take?
As a guideline, the first consultation takes about 15–20 minutes, and follow-up visits take about 5–10 minutes. However, this is only an estimate; we will spend as much time as needed depending on your condition and concerns. While we strive to minimize waiting time, your order may change depending on symptoms, so thank you for your understanding.
Will my family or workplace know about my visits?
Your medical information will never be shared with third parties without your consent. Rest assured, we will not contact your family or workplace. Even when using public systems or submitting medical certificates, we will handle matters in accordance with your wishes.
In an ED consultation, will I have to undress or undergo embarrassing exams?
There is no need to worry. In ED treatment, visual or physical examinations of the affected area are not usually performed. Based on the interview, necessary medications will be prescribed. Even if tests or procedures are required, we proceed with the utmost respect for your privacy. Consultations are conducted in private rooms, so you can relax. If you are worried about “what the doctor will ask,” rest assured that our staff and doctors will listen to any concerns without judgment.
What payment methods do you accept? Can I use a credit card?
We accept cash as well as various credit cards (lump-sum payments only). Credit cards can also be used for private medical care. (*Some card brands may not be accepted.) A receipt will be issued at the time of payment.
I am a minor. Can I come alone for a consultation?
Our clinic welcomes patients of all ages, from elementary school children to the elderly.
High school students and above can generally come alone (junior high school students and younger may be asked to come with a guardian). There are no strict age restrictions, and in fact, patients range from teenagers to those in their 80s and 90s. If you feel you “want to consult,” that is the right time to visit, so please come without hesitation.
For minors, we may request parental explanation or consent when necessary, but we handle this appropriately with full consideration of privacy.
